I specialize in Interior and Exterior 3D digital architectural renderings as well as drafting & design services (AutoCAD & Revit) for both commercial and residential clients.

For the past 18 years, since 1992, I have been employed in the architectural field for various firms as a draftsman/designer/3D modeler/CAD manager/BIM modeler/Jack-of-all-trades/ whatever needs to be done guy.

Projects that I have worked on over the years include, but are not limited to:

Although my primary responsibility is the production of complete construction drawings for permitting, I have become very familiar with the overall architectural process of:

Schematic Design / Design Development / Construction Documentation / Bidding Process / Permitting Process / Site Visits / Construction Administration

On & Off for these past 18 years, I have created 3D renderings of some of the projects that I have worked on. Interesting enough, over the last 2-3 years, I have found myself gravitating more & more towards the 3D architectural visualization field full time (although I still provide drafting & design services as needed).

The process of bringing 2D site plans, floor plans & elevations to life, via 3D models, and to visualize a potential project in 3D before the first shovel of dirt is moved on the site still amazes me to this day.
